Spiritual Accompaniment Course II Loyola Hall Team
In spiritual direction, Ignatius Loyola sought not to tell people what to do but, rather, to help them discern God's movements in their own lives. This course is for those who already have some experience of accompanying others in prayer or counselling and wish to develop further skills in spiritual direction according to the Ignatian tradition. The course participants will be helped notice and foster their own experience of God so as to do the same for others. The course is structured by the themes and dynamic of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius and we therefore strongly recommend participants to have made the full Exercises, either in daily life, in a 30-day retreat, or in stages. Living and Working in an Ignatian Way Paul Fletcher SJ and Ewa Bem IBVM
How did St. Ignatius Loyola’s experience of God shape his life? How might it shape ours? During this course we will consider how Ignatian ways of prayer, the Ignatian practice of pastoral care and a characteristically Ignatian way of looking at the world, can help us become better companions of Jesus. A course particularly suited to those working in institutions with an Ignatian tradition and to members of Ignatian ‘associations’, lay and religious.

Spiritual Accompaniment Course II Loyola Hall Team
In spiritual direction, Ignatius Loyola sought not to tell people what to do but, rather, to help them discern God\'s movements in their own lives.
