Amid an atmosphere of silence, this weekend will use scrapbooking as a way of prayer, an opportunity to deepen our sense of God. No experience of scrapbooking is required. Spiritual Accompaniment Course II
In spiritual direction, Ignatius Loyola sought not to tell people what to do but, rather, to help them discern God's movements in their own lives. This course is for those who already have some experience of accompanying others in prayer or counselling and wish to develop further skills in spiritual direction according to the Ignatian tradition. The course participants will be helped notice and foster their own experience of God so as to do the same for others. The course is structured by the themes and dynamic of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius and we therefore strongly recommend participants to have made the full Exercises, either in daily life, in a 30-day retreat, or in stages.
