The Art of Simple Living

We explored ideas of where our desires come from, and how to discern between them, reflecting on the inspiration of Ignatius of Loyola and Francis of Assisi. On Sunday we made bread together, enjoying the gentle process of mixing, kneading and rising. Those who took part went home with their own beautiful handmade loaves and, hopefully, also with a greater sense of the God gently and simply at work in their own lives.
